At Globalport Ozamiz Terminal Inc. (GOTI), our commitment to the community goes far beyond port operations. True to our spirit as Mga Batang Pier, we continuously strive to anchor our efforts on meaningful social responsibility that uplifts our local neighborhoods.
On Friday, May 15, 2026, GOTI successfully concluded its latest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative—the “Oplan Tuli” Medical Mission. The activity wrapped up at 2:40 PM, marking a day of immense teamwork, shared commitment, and impactful community service.
Bringing Care to Barangay Bañadero
The medical mission focused on providing free, safe, and professional circumcision services to the youth of our host community with 107 beneficiaries ages 5 to 15 years old.
This essential health service not only promotes proper hygiene and health awareness among young boys but also eases the financial burden on local families.
A Triumph of Collaboration and Unity
An outreach program of this scale is never a solo voyage. The success of this activity was steered by the incredible cooperation and dedication of various stakeholders. GTI Management for their unwavering support and resources that made this possible, the Barangay Bañadero Officials for their vital localized assistance and coordination, and the Ozamiz City LGU and Health Personnel for their medical expertise, professionalism, and tireless service throughout the day.
As a token of our deep gratitude, Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to our local government and healthcare partners, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the program’s success.
“Teamwork makes the dream work. Thank you, Team GOTI, for your cooperation, support, and dedication to serving our community. Together, we are building healthier, stronger futures.”
