Job Description:
A collector serves customers by processing transactions and receiving payments accurately and efficiently. He/She is expected to explain payment terms and conditions; respond to queries and concerns in providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year course
– High degree of accuracy and attention to details
– Willing to work in shifting schedule
