Job Description:

The Human Resource Head is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all strategic and operational HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handle functions such as manpower plans & budget, policies and procedures, rewards and benefits, talent attraction, recruitment, staff mobility, learning & development, performance management, employee relations and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and maintains HR and administrative policies and procedures that are communicated in a timely and comprehensible manner, to ensure effective, fair and consistent people management throughout the company; and periodically reviews these for updatedness and applicability through research and benchmarking.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to all HR functions.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Proven experience as HR Head or other senior HR role for at least 5 years.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.

Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for setting goals for the business development team and developing plans and strategies for revenue growth. Identifies new business opportunities to generate revenue and improve profitability. Manages the researching, planning, and implementing project plans and programs. Oversees the implementation and development of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares port development plan and other documentary requirements for port bidding such as estimated capital expenditures, traffic projections and analysis.
  • Ensures timely registration of newly acquired entities with different government agencies such as PPA, BIR and LGUs related to permits, accreditations, insurance, taxes, and other compliance, as well as timely renewal of the same.
  • Prepares draft communication letters to clients, service providers, Authority, and draft Memorandum of Agreement for third party Ancillary Service Providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of cumulative experience in supervisory or managerial positions in port, logistics, shipping operations.
  • Must have experience in performing project analysis, feasibility studies and project management.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
