Job Description:
The Human Resource Head is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all strategic and operational HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handle functions such as manpower plans & budget, policies and procedures, rewards and benefits, talent attraction, recruitment, staff mobility, learning & development, performance management, employee relations and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and maintains HR and administrative policies and procedures that are communicated in a timely and comprehensible manner, to ensure effective, fair and consistent people management throughout the company; and periodically reviews these for updatedness and applicability through research and benchmarking.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to all HR functions.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required
- Proven experience as HR Head or other senior HR role for at least 5 years.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
