The Documentation Associate is mainly responsible for managing, tracking, and storing a variety of electronic and hardcopy documents and records. Maintains harmonious relationships with all Shipping Line Representatives, Brokers, Consignees, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), the Bureau of Customs (BOC), and other companies and government agencies.

Qualifications:

– A Bachelor’s Degree of any four-year course
– At least 1 year relevant experience related to the position, preferably in the logistics, shipping, and port operations industry
– Good communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office Applications

Job Description:

1. Implements the company health programs designed to emphasize the preventive rather than the curative aspects of medical care. 
2. Conducts annual/periodic check-up of company personnel especially those involved in port operations and field work.
3. Provides medical consultations and treatments of company personnel particularly on accidents, sudden illness and minor ailments occurring at work.
4. Refers cases which cannot be handled by the company clinic to higher health facilities.
5. Provides medical health care lectures as needed.
6. Recommends acquisition of medicines and medical supplies, necessary to maintain the operation of the company clinic.
7. Issues medical certificates as needed by company personnel.
8. Initiates, develops and maintains an effective referral and follow up system to ensure that company personnel are treated by their family doctor or other private medical practitioners.
9. Performs pre-employment physical exam to determine the workers abilities to perform the essential duties of the assigned job.
10. Conduct Anti Gen Testing and / or other tests related to Covid 19 prevention and detection except RT PCR Test.
11. Give appropriate advice for healthy habits (diets, hygiene etc.) and other health advisory to promote overall health.
12. Conduct examinations to ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition.
13. Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness.
14. Prescribe and interpret lab test to obtain more information for underlying infections or abnormalities.
15. Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration.
16. Lead the Health Committee of the Company in coordination with the Administrative Manager, Safety Officer and Company Nurse.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Educational Attainment: Graduate of the Degree of Doctor of Medicine.

License and Certification: Licensed Medical Doctor in the Philippines.

Work Experience: Preferably with at least 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of Occupational Medicine.

1. Knowledge of legal health and safety guidelines under DOLE-OSH standards.
2. Excellent workplace knowledge and skills in emergency healthcare-related issues.
3. Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects an contraindications.
4. In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement health and safety programs in collaboration with the Company Physician and under the direction of the Administrative Manager.
2. Provide emergency treatment in the workplace and administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
3. Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area and isolation areas for suspected Covid 19 case.
4. Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
5. Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
6. Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
7. Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
8. Conduct Anti Gen Testing or other Covid 19 – related tests except RT PCR Testing.
9. Leads contact tracing activity for employees exposed to a Covid Positive employee.
10. Monitor condition of employees under isolation or quarantine.
11. Refer employees to nearest hospitals or clinics for health concerns which need further evaluation.
12. Monitor the Pre-Employment Medical Exam and Annual Physical Exam results and other medical reports or diagnosis of employees and endorse to the Company Physician if needed.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Educational Attainment: A bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

License and Certification: A professional license in Nursing, preferably with an OHNAP/BOSH certification.

Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience as a nurse, clinic nurse, or company nurse.

Job Description:

1. Performs analytical duties and provides supports related to the port agency, stevedoring and annual financial budget, including monthly forecast.
2. Conducts review and gap analysis regarding actual expenses compared with the financial plan; utilizing tracking tools as needed.
3. Ensures reports and analysis are delivered and maintained in a standard, timely, accurate and organized manner.
4. Analyzes results of data extractions, summarizing and presenting analytical findings and reports these findings to the Operations Head.
5. Generates and submits the weekly MANCOM report, quarterly and annual operations reports to the Operations Head.
6. Identifies opportunities to improve financial savings through resources deployment.
7. Actively leads special projects and other assignments; providing support and working closely with key departments or divisions to accomplish operational goals.
8. Ensures that accounting data, system processes, internal control procedures, invoicing, auditing and compliance guidelines meet standards and business goals.

Qualifications:

Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Economics or equivalent.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in related field.

Key Competencies:
1. Knowledge of the Industry in general and preferably, port terminal business.
2. With excellent communication skills, writing reports and preparing presentation materials.
3. Problem-solving skills, inter-personal skills, and analytical skills.
4. Experience using statistical and database software.
