The Passenger Terminal Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, efficient services, promote passenger satisfaction and safety at the Passenger Terminal building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related field
- Preferably with Occupational Basic Life Support/First Aid Certificate
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge and experience in administering first aid and handling emergency situations
- Effective Communication Skills
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
