Job Description:
- Designs policies, protocols and systems for collection and disbursement section of the Finance Division.
- Ensures credibility of Finance & Disbursement Sections by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Directs, oversees and manages all aspects of Finance functions of the organization.
- Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
- Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable national and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
- Maintains up-to-date records of the various company funds.
- Prepares and updates reports such as the Master Budget, Revenue Budget, Expenses Budget, Departmental Budget, Income Statement Projection, Cash Flow Projections and other reports which may be requested by the Chief Finance Officer and the General Manager.
- Reviews and approves Disbursements and Requests for Payment.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant
- Over 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Finance and Accounting positions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
