Job Description:
The Facilities Management Specialist manages all the facilities of the company and ensures that buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Makes recommendations for any facility improvement and oversees building projects and renovations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 yearsof work experience in facilities management
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
