Job Description:
A Collector serves customers by processing transactions and receiving payments accurately and efficiently. He/she is expected to explain payment terms and conditions; respond to queries and concerns in providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any four-year course
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Willing to work in shifting schedule
