Job Description:
The Ancillary Services Officer Ensure proper implementation and timely delivery of ancillary services to clients and develop business partnerships to expand value-added service offerings to port users, thereby meeting satisfactory customer experience and generating added revenue for the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or any business-related course
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong professional discretion
• Excellent time management skills
