Job Description:
The Planning & Control Assistant Manager oversees the planning and documentation of all port and terminal-related activities including, but not limited to allocation of berths, operations planning, yard capacity planning, equipment and manpower resource planning, and cost management.
Qualifications:
– A graduate of any related 4-year bachelor’s degree.
– Preferably with logistics, shipping and port operations experience.
– Critical thinking and conflict resolution.
– Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
– Interpersonal and leadership skills.
– Excellent time management skills.
