Job Description:
The IT Site Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for local networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. This role requires hands on problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure smooth IT operations on-site.
Qualifications:
• College graduate of Information Technology or related course
• At least 1-year work-related experience
• Strong knowledge of local networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS and basic server administration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
