Job Description:
The IT Site Support Officer provides analytical, technical, and administrative support in the planning, acquisition, installation, maintenance, and diagnosis and resolution of issues in the information technology (IT) facilities of the company.
Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s Degree of any IT related course.
– At least three (3) years of relevant experience in technical support on information technology or related field.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledgeable in hardware set-up, software installation and network system connectivity.
