Job Description:
The Facilities Engineer (EE) is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. They perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements. Oversees the corporate property projects with technical concurrence on planning of the ports.
1. Conducts regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
2. Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.
3. Execute the design, analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards and product requirements.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses.
5. Creates and analyzes electrical schematics, determine appropriate loads, and design circuitry that meets safety, efficiency, and reliability standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Electrical Engineer
- With at least 5 years’ experience on the same field
- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
