The Manager for Corporate Communications is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for crafting and implementing communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation and engage key stakeholders.
This management position involves overseeing all aspects of corporate communications, including media relations, internal communications, crisis management, and branding. The Manager of Corporate Communications works closely with senior management to ensure that the company’s messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with its strategic objectives.

1. Strategic Communication Planning
a. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that support the company’s business goals, promote its values, and enhance its public image. This includes both long-term strategies and short-term tactical initiatives.
2. Develop Partnerships with Various Customers and Service Providers
a. Identify and analyze potential strategic partners across various industries and sectors that align with the company’s branding and operational goals.
b. Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers of target organizations.
3. Responsible for End-to-End Media Plan for Each Port
a. Develop tailored media strategies for each port that include specific messaging, suitable media channels, and precise scheduling to target the right audiences effectively.
4. Creation of Official Correspondences, Announcements, and Other Forms of Communications
a. Standardize communication protocols across the company to maintain a consistent tone and style that reflects the corporate brand.
5. Content Creation of Globalport Profile on Social Media Platforms
a. Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that includes content creation, regular updates, and engagement tactics to build followers and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in corporate communications or public relations.
- Adept in wide breadth of multi-channel communications
- Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
- Graphic design skills is a plus
